Movement as inquiry, breath as the guide. Slow, grounded, all levels, in the rooftop garden.
Yoga is where the garden began, and it remains a living, breathing part of what we offer. Here, yoga is about breath as medicine, movement as inquiry, and the body as a place of intelligence to listen to, rather than a project to complete.
Our sessions are slow, grounded, and held in English, in a real rooftop garden, open to sky and birdsong. All levels are welcome, always.
Sessions offered: Slow Flow — gentle, steady movement synced with the breath. Hatha — classical posture work with attention to alignment and inner stillness. Yin — long, passive holds that reach the connective tissue and quiet the nervous system. All levels welcome. No flexibility required.

Our yoga classes are for everyone — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. If you have tried yoga before and did not enjoy it, we invite you to try again here — the experience may be quite different in an outdoor, intimate setting.
