A private session is the deepest, most personal way to work at The Garden. Just you — or you and a few people you choose — held in the rooftop garden, with the whole practice shaped around where you are that day.
Where ancient practice meets nervous system science. With nothing to keep pace with and no one else in the room, the nervous system settles further and faster — and the work can go exactly where you need it to.

From there, Raissa shapes the session — sound, breath, cacao, rest, or a weave of them — around you. Nothing is fixed in advance, because the point of a private session is that it bends to fit you, not the other way around.
Sessions are held in English, in the rooftop garden, and run from 60 to 90 minutes depending on what you choose.
Most of our practices can be held privately: Sound Bath, Breathwork, Cacao Ceremony, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Yoga, and LUMAFLEX Red Light Therapy.

Co-regulation is real. In a private session, that settling comes from the steady presence of the person holding the space for you — unhurried, attentive, attuned to your nervous system alone. Sometimes the deepest way back to yourself is to be held, fully, by one person who is paying complete attention.
Yes. Private sessions work beautifully for couples, friends, or a small group who want a shared, personal experience. Tell us your numbers when you book.
