The art of returning. Learning to meet the mind with steadiness and come back to center.
Meditation at The Garden is the practice of changing your relationship with what the mind does — learning to observe without being swept away, to be present without needing this moment to be any different than it is.
We offer guided sessions drawing from several traditions: mindfulness and breath awareness, body scan and somatic presence, subtle body and chakra practices, and open awareness meditation. Sessions unfold in a living rooftop garden open to the sky.
Steady attention training is one of the most studied paths to a calmer nervous system: regular meditation is associated with lower reactivity, reduced anxiety, and stronger emotional regulation over time (Goyal et al., 2014).

Meditation is for anyone who wants more calm, clarity, or presence in their life. It is especially valuable for people dealing with anxiety, overthinking, decision fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. All levels welcome.
