An open door to the heart. Ceremonial cacao and quiet ritual, held in a circle.
Theobroma cacao has been used as a sacred medicine by Mesoamerican peoples, including the Maya and Aztec, for more than 3,000 years. Ceremonial grade cacao is raw, minimally processed, and sourced from single origin farms, keeping the full spectrum of compounds that commercial chocolate loses.
Theobromine — a gentle vasodilator and mild stimulant that increases blood flow to the heart and brain, giving sustained, warm energy without the cortisol spike of caffeine. Magnesium — cacao is one of the richest plant sources, supporting muscle relaxation, calm, and recovery.
At The Garden, ceremonies weave together cacao, sound healing, breathwork, and quiet ritual. Each ceremony is a unique, communal experience that invites vulnerability, connection, and presence.

Cacao ceremony is for anyone with an open heart and a willingness to be present. It is especially nourishing for people navigating grief, heartbreak, creative blocks, or major life transitions. No experience is needed — just a willingness to show up as you are.
