Practices that bring you back to baseline.
The Sacred Feminine is our living body of women's work — circles, workshops, journeys, and retreats for women of all ages and every walk of life. It is rooted in the divine feminine tradition that runs through The Garden, and it is held as a space to remember: your own wisdom, your cycles, your softness, your strength.
You do not need to be spiritual, experienced, or anything in particular to belong here. You only need to be a woman who senses there is more space inside her than daily life makes room for.
Where ancient practice meets nervous system science. To gather in a circle of women is one of the oldest forms of regulation there is — the nervous system settles in belonging, in being witnessed without having to perform. What ancient cultures knew as women's council, the body recognizes as safety.
Why nervous system regulation →The Sacred Feminine is less a class than a thread you can follow. Some women come once, for a single circle. Others move through a journey over weeks, join a seasonal workshop, or step away into a retreat. It is seasonal and alive, shaped by the moon, the year, and who gathers — so what is offered shifts with the cycle. The schedule shows what is open now.
The heartbeat. A regular gathering to slow down, speak honestly, and be heard, held in the rooftop garden. Often woven with cacao and sound, and frequently following the moon.
Themed deep dives into a single thread — the body, the cycles, creativity, voice, rest — blending teaching, ritual, and practice.
Multi-session arcs that move through something over time, for women who want to go deeper than a single gathering allows, in the trust that builds when the same circle returns.
Immersive days or weekends that step fully out of ordinary time, for rest, reconnection, and return.
We regularly open the circle to guest facilitators and fellow practitioners, each bringing their own medicine. The Sacred Feminine is a shared, growing space, not a closed one.
Much of this work follows the lunar cycle, as women's circles have for as long as women have gathered. New moons for setting intention, full moons for release — the rhythm of the sky giving shape to the rhythm of the circle. Dates move with the moon, so check the schedule for what is coming.
Women of all ages and every walk of life — mothers, daughters, professionals, newcomers to Shenzhen, longtime residents. No spiritual background or prior experience needed. If you are a woman, you belong here.
No. Most women arrive a little unsure, and the circle is built to hold exactly that. There is nothing to perform and no one watching to judge. You can simply sit, listen, and be.
Never. You are always welcome to listen. The circle holds you whether you speak or stay quiet.
Yes. All circles, workshops, and journeys are held in English.
