Crystal bowls and planetary gongs, felt through the body. Lie back and let vibration carry the nervous system into deep rest.
A sound bath is one of the most deeply restorative experiences available to the human nervous system, and one of the simplest. You lie down, close your eyes, and let the layered frequencies of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and therapeutic instruments move through you.
At The Garden, this happens in a living, breathing rooftop garden — open to the sky, surrounded by plants, alive with the sound of birds that share the space. The frequencies of the instruments meet the natural frequencies of the garden, and something in the body recognizes it.
The vibrations guide the nervous system into rest and restore, the parasympathetic state where deep rest, emotional integration, and cellular repair happen on their own. The body knows what to do with it. You arrive, settle, and receive.
In a 2017 study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine, singing bowl sound meditation produced significant reductions in tension, anxiety, and physical pain, with the strongest effects for those new to the practice (Goldsby et al., 2017).

Sound healing is for everyone — no experience, flexibility, or special preparation is needed. It is especially powerful for people experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia, emotional overwhelm, or burnout. If you have a busy mind that resists traditional meditation, sound healing can be a beautiful way in — the vibrations do the work for you.
Deep relaxation and stress relief
Supports meditation and presence
Reduces anxiety and overwhelm
Shifts energy and clears mental fog
Accessible — no experience needed
You will be guided into a comfortable lying position, supported by blankets, cushions, and an eye mask. Once settled, the sound begins — layered frequencies from crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. Most people describe a deep release of tension, a quieter mind, and a sense of having rested far longer than they actually did.
Capacity is limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience. Sessions are held in The Garden's rooftop studio, open to the sky.
