A Full Moon cacao ceremony and sound bath in the rooftop garden. Ceremonial cacao opens the heart, crystal bowls carry the release, and the nervous system settles into deep rest.
Under the light of the Strawberry Full Moon, we gather in the rooftop garden for an evening of ceremony, sound, and release. The session begins with ceremonial cacao, a heart opening plant medicine used for thousands of years to soften the body and bring us into presence. Sipped slowly and with intention, cacao gently warms the chest, steadies the breath, and prepares the nervous system for deeper stillness. From there, we move into guided meditation and a full crystal bowl sound bath. The Full Moon is a time of culmination, a moment to honor what has come to fullness and release what is ready to be let go. As the bowls sing, sound waves wash over the body, inviting the nervous system to shift out of doing and into being. Heart rate slows, breath deepens, and the body remembers its natural state of rest. Throughout the session, LUMAFLEX Red Light Therapy is provided to deepen the experience. Red and near infrared light supports cellular renewal, eases tension in the body, and amplifies the restorative state that sound and stillness create. Light, sound, and ceremony working together, so the body can rest at every level. Where ancient practice meets nervous system science. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.
This session welcomes everyone, from first time participants to seasoned practitioners. It is especially supportive for anyone moving through a season of transition, carrying stress or tension in the body, or simply longing for a pause. No experience with cacao, meditation, or sound healing is needed. All you need is the willingness to arrive, rest, and receive.
A bottle of water to be infused by the sounds and vibrations of the session. Your own crystals or any personal objects you would like to charge in the energy of the Full Moon. A journal and pen, if writing is part of your practice. Wear comfortable, warm layers. Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks are provided.
