Irina Balashova is originally from Lithuania and completed her education in Ukraine before relocating to Shenzhen, China, with her husband. With a background in Law and an American MBA in Foreign Economic Activity Management from Ukrainian-American Concordia University (WIUU), she spent a decade in the corporate world at Ukraine's leading wholesale and retail company. Starting in foreign trade, she managed international supply chains, led key negotiations with global suppliers, and represented the brand at major trade expos before rising to Chief Marketing Officer. Following her husband's career to China opened the space for her own inner journey, turning a lifelong passion for harmony between mind and body into her true professional calling. Today, Irina is a certified Regression Therapist, Karmologist, and Divine Method Constellation Facilitator specializing in the Destiny Matrix, energy work, subconscious imagery, aromatherapy, and numerology. Grounded in karmic wisdom that stretches back 2,500 years and the cause-and-effect principles taught by Geshe Michael Roach, she helps clients trace the root causes of recurring life patterns and heal ancestral dynamics. To deepen integration and alignment, she weaves essential oil guidance into her practice, using the natural wisdom of plants to anchor subtle inner shifts into daily life.
