Why women gather in circles
Long before wellness had a name, women sat together in circle. The nervous system knows why — even when the mind has forgotten.
There is something that happens when women sit in a circle that does not happen anywhere else. Not in a meeting. Not at dinner. Not even in one-on-one conversation.
The circle holds.
An ancient form of regulation
To gather in a circle of women is one of the oldest forms of nervous system regulation there is. Long before anyone named it, women knew that sitting together — speaking honestly, being witnessed without being fixed — brought them back to themselves.
The nervous system settles in belonging. In being witnessed without having to perform. What ancient cultures knew as women's council, the body recognizes as safety.
What happens in a circle
At The Garden, a women's circle is not a class. It is a space. You arrive, you settle, you drink cacao, and you are invited — never required — to share what is present. Sometimes the circle is quiet. Sometimes it is full of tears. Sometimes it is full of laughter. It is always honest.
The format may shift with the moon. New moons for intention. Full moons for release. Seasonal gatherings for the turns of the year. But the essence remains: a room of women, choosing to be real with each other.
You do not need to be spiritual
You do not need to identify as spiritual, or experienced, or anything in particular. You only need to be a woman who senses there is more space inside her than daily life makes room for.
The Sacred Feminine is less a class than a thread you can follow. Some women come once. Others come back again and again. The door stays open.
