<p><strong>A Journey Within to Move, Feel &amp; Remember</strong></p><p>She Listens is the first gathering of <strong>She Remembers</strong>, a five-part sacred feminine journey for women navigating change, transition, uncertainty, or simply feeling called to reconnect more deeply with themselves.</p><p>Through <strong>Circular Connected Breathwork</strong>, guided reflection, sharing, and systemic exploration, we create space to move stagnant energy, meet unprocessed emotions, and listen to what may be asking for attention beneath the surface.</p><p>This is not about fixing yourself or having all the answers.</p><p>It is an invitation to slow down, feel, listen, and gently explore:</p><p>What am I carrying?<br>What is ready to move?<br>What wants to be heard?<br>Who am I beneath the roles, expectations, and stories I have learned to carry?</p><p>There is also something powerful about sitting in circle with other women.
